Employee scheduling
PLANmatrix makes employee scheduling easy for all groups of employees.
The user interface and logical structure make scheduling and administration easy and straightforward, creating a good overview for both employees and management.
From the scheduling, the employees working hours are registered, after which PLANmatrix can be used to prepare complete salary calculations.
Budget
PLANmatrix has a built-in budget schedule enabling the management to budget on shift level thus giving the management a much better overview of the budget for salary costs for the planned period.
When the budget schedule is in place, it can be transferred to active schedule.
Time registration
PLANmatrix can be used as a full employee scheduling program, but also as time registration only.
Working hour reports are created and administrators have the possibility to change and approve time registrations.
Working places and functions
Different workplaces and associated work functions are easily set up in PLANmatrix. This ensures that in the subsequent shift planning only employees with the right qualifications and designated workplaces are assigned to the individual shifts.
Employees
All employees are assigned a login to a level that reflects the features that they have access to. This also ensures the protection of the individual employee’s personal information.
PLANmatrix always gives a complete overview of which employees are on duty, who is on vacation as well as the individual employees possible working hours.
Communication
Both from the webpage and from the PLANmatrix app, messages can be sent to employees either as SMS message or E-mail.
Employees can also communicate with each other for example in connection with exchange of shifts, or with the management in case of sick leave or other issues.
Reports
Overview is important, and PLANmatrix gives you a complete overview through a number of reporting tools, and the reports can be exported or directly integrated with other systems.
App
The PLANmatrix app can be used on virtually any type of smartphone and tablet.
From the setup functions utilizing GPS it is possible to limit the distance to the workplace from which the user can perform login.
Bulletin board
When logged in to the PLANmatrix web page or on the app, a bulletin board displays with messages to employees or between employees. Employee setup determines who can write on the bulletin board.
